As a member of the 2024 Cohort,
Ms. Gilliam is part of a team of senior executives in Southern Maryland who are passionate about creating a better Southern Maryland for all. The program includes interacting with top leaders in virtually every sector of the community to deepen her understanding of the Southern Maryland ecosystem and is helping her discover ways to collaborate to address shared community challenges.
